We understand that breaking into the world of email marketing can be confusing and
even a little intimidating at first. While we are constantly striving to make HyperMail
as user friendly as possible, we acknowledge that in many instances simply being
able to view how a certain process is done as opposed to reading instructions or
opening a support ticket can greatly expedite your understanding of how our software
works. While providing HyperMail tutorials we also give the customer an opportunity
to ask questions and receive answers in real time.

What Will be Covered?
HyperMail is a powerful piece of email management software, with an ever expanding
list of features. Because of this the list of topics that will be covered during
the webinar will range from basic functions of creating and sending a campaign,
to the more advanced features such as campaign personalization and specific field
mapping when importing your email list. Specific topics that will be covered (but
not necessairly limited to):
- Setting up your 3rd party mail server within HyperMail
- Importing your contact list
- Importing your HTML campagin template
- Creating a new campaign
- Interpreting completed campaign stats
- Customer questions
How Do I Sign Up?
We tried out a variety of webinar software packages in an effort to find the most
user-friendly option available, while not sacrificing any features that would limit
the direct line of communication between us and the customer. After some beta testing,
we decided on "Go To Meeting". Simply follow this
link where you will be asked to install a small "Go to Meeting" control.
Once this is complete you will be able to join the live webinar.
